Terms of Service
Last updated: November 6, 2026 (the "Effective Date")
Operator: Saige Agent LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("SaigeAgent," "we," "us," or "our")
Contact: hello@saigeagent.com
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SaigeAgent, including saigeagent.com, the client portal at app.saigeagent.com, and related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, completing intake, starting a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IMPORTANT: Section 18 contains a binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver. You may opt out within 30 days as described there.
1. What SaigeAgent is
SaigeAgent is an AI job-application service. After you complete intake (resume, target roles, preferences, and screening-question answers), the Service:
- Finds fresh job postings each day and checks that they appear real and still open
- Writes a tailored resume for each role
- Submits applications automatically through partner services (currently Skyvern for browser automation and AgentMail for a dedicated inbox that receives employer replies)
No human assistant applies to jobs on your behalf. You manage your pipeline, weekly reports, kickoff info, and resumes in the client portal.
SaigeAgent is software tooling. We are not a recruiter, employment agency, employment business, or staffing firm. We do not negotiate employment terms or make hiring decisions. Those decisions are solely between you and each employer.
2. Authorization to apply on your behalf
You authorize SaigeAgent and its partners to:
- Search for and evaluate job postings that match your intake preferences
- Create and submit tailored resumes and application materials using the information you provide
- Fill out and submit job applications on third-party career sites and employer systems, including without a separate confirmation for each application once you have enabled automated applying
- Create, store, and use employer-site or ATS accounts and credentials as needed to submit applications, as described in Section 6
- Receive employer replies in a dedicated AgentMail inbox (for example, an address like firstname.x@mail.saigeagent.com) and surface those replies in your portal
You confirm that you want applications submitted under your name and with the materials you supply through the Service.
3. Accurate information
You represent that all information you provide (identity, contact details, resume, work history, screening answers, work authorization, salary expectations, and similar data) is true, complete, and current. You will update us promptly if anything changes.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of materials submitted on your behalf, including AI-generated resumes and form answers derived from your intake. SaigeAgent does not independently verify your credentials, employment history, or eligibility to work.
4. No guarantee of results
The Service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employer responses, successful delivery of any application, or any particular outcome. Job markets, employer processes, and third-party sites change constantly. Use of the Service is at your own risk regarding hiring results.
5. Third-party job sites and automation
Applications are submitted on third-party career sites and employer systems. Those sites have their own terms of use. Some sites restrict or prohibit automated access, scraping, or form filling. Some use CAPTCHA, bot detection, or similar controls that may block submissions.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Applications may be submitted through automation tools such as Skyvern
- Some sites may block, challenge, delay, or reject automated submissions
- A blocked, delayed, incomplete, or failed submission is not a breach of these Terms by SaigeAgent
- You are solely responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to you as an applicant
- SaigeAgent has no liability arising from third-party terms, restrictions, blocks, or employer decisions
SaigeAgent does not control third-party sites and is not liable for their availability, rules, or decisions.
6. Employer accounts and credentials
To submit applications, the Service may create, store, or use logins on employer platforms (for example, Workday or similar ATS portals) associated with your applications.
Credential policy
- You authorize us to create and use ATS and employer-site accounts in your name, or using identifiers we generate for you (such as a dedicated application email), solely to operate the Service for you.
- We treat those credentials as confidential. We store them with industry-standard encryption at rest where our systems support it, and we limit access to personnel and subprocessors who need them to run or support the Service.
- We do not sell credentials or use them for any purpose other than submitting and managing your applications and related support.
- You may request deletion of stored credentials by emailing hello@saigeagent.com. We will delete them from active systems within a reasonable time after verifying your request, subject to backups that expire on our normal schedule.
- When your account ends, we delete stored employer-site credentials at the end of the retention period in our Privacy Policy, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we must keep a record for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
- You should not share portal credentials for app.saigeagent.com with others. You are responsible for activity under your portal account.
7. Pause or stop applying
You may pause or stop automated applications at any time through the client portal or by emailing hello@saigeagent.com. After we process your request, we will stop submitting new applications. Applications already in progress or already submitted may still complete or generate employer replies.
Pausing or stopping applications does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. See Section 8.
8. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Billing
SaigeAgent offers monthly subscription tiers paid in advance through Stripe (or another payment processor we designate). Prices and plan features are shown at checkout or in your onboarding materials. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method for the initial period and for each renewal until you cancel.
Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price for your plan, except as provided below for founding subscriptions, unless you cancel before renewal. We may change prices prospectively. For a material price increase on your renewal, we will give reasonable advance notice when practical. Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in suspension until payment is resolved.
If you enroll at a founding rate, the monthly subscription price disclosed at enrollment remains locked for as long as your subscription remains active. Changes to our list prices do not change that locked founding rate. Founding enrollment remains open at this time. If we close founding enrollment in the future, that closure will not affect the locked rates of existing active founding subscribers.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime by emailing hello@saigeagent.com or through any cancellation control we provide in the portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until that date. Canceling does not withdraw applications already submitted.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with job-search results (such as few interviews or no offers), except where required by law.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a refund or service credit if you report a verified technical issue that materially prevents use of the Service within 7 days of your initial paid subscription start, and you give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Auto-apply work already performed (applications prepared or submitted) is considered delivered and is not refundable on that basis.
Beta or complimentary access may be free or discounted as we communicate to you; converting to a paid plan is billed as above.
9. Beta and early access
SaigeAgent may offer beta or early-access features, including a friends beta. Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. We may end beta access at any time. During beta, the Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law, and our liability is limited as described in these Terms.
10. Client portal and communications
Your portal at app.saigeagent.com shows your pipeline, weekly reports, kickoff information, tailored resumes, and related status. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree we may email you at the address on your account about the Service, billing, and security. You may opt out of promotional emails; transactional and account emails will continue.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or impersonated identity or employment information
- Use the Service to harass employers, spam applications in bad faith, or violate law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its partners
- Share your portal access in a way that lets others misuse the Service
- Use the Service if you are under 18
- Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or partner restrictions
We may refuse, pause, or terminate service for violations, suspected abuse, legal risk, or non-payment.
12. Intellectual property and license to your content
SaigeAgent owns the Service, branding, software, and our templates and systems. You retain ownership of your resume content and personal information.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, adapt, and use your materials solely to operate, secure, and provide the Service for you (including generating tailored resumes and submitting applications). You also grant us the right to use de-identified and aggregated data derived from use of the Service to improve our products, models, and operations. De-identified data will not identify you personally.
Tailored resumes we generate for you are provided for your use in connection with the Service. Do not resell or redistribute our systems or non-public materials.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that applications will be received or processed by any employer.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; employer decisions; third-party site blocks; missed, delayed, or failed applications; delayed or lost emails; partner outages; or hiring outcomes, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our fraud). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaigeAgent and its operators, officers, and partners from claims, losses, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of: (a) your inaccurate, unlawful, or misleading information or application materials; (b) your misuse of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms or of law; or (d) your violation of third-party site or employer terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or fraud.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account closure by contacting hello@saigeagent.com, subject to the cancellation rules in Section 8 for paid plans.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. We will try to give reasonable notice when practical.
On termination, we stop new applications. Retention and deletion of your data are described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive (including Sections 12 through 19) survive termination.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the Effective Date. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or in the portal when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel as described above.
18. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Informal resolution first
Before filing a claim, you agree to email hello@saigeagent.com a brief description of the dispute and your contact information, and to try in good faith to resolve it with us for 30 days.
Binding individual arbitration
Except for the exceptions below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement. The arbitration will be held in the county where you reside, or by video/phone if you and we agree. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class-action and jury waiver
You and SaigeAgent agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) may proceed in court, and the rest remain in arbitration.
30-day opt-out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@saigeagent.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, the email on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, the rest of these Terms still apply, and disputes will be resolved in court under Section 19.
19. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 18. Subject to Section 18, courts located in Fulton County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise for consumers.
20. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan details we provide you, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of the business. Notices to you may be sent to the email on your account. Notices to us: hello@saigeagent.com.
